Multiple openings. Analyze business requirements and build and enhance applications. Participate in project planning sessions and code reviews. Work with all phases of SDLC. End to end deployment ownership for projects on Amazon AWS. Use python scripting for automation, scalability, and build promotions for staging to production. Deploy EC2 instances containing various platforms such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu in Linux and Windows 2008 and 2012. Develop infrastructure automation in AWS (EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, EBS, RDS, Dynamo, ELB, EIP) with AWS Cloud Formation. Automate cloud deployments using Puppet, python (boto & fabric) and AWS Cloud Formation Templates. Design AWS Cloud Formation templates to create custom sized VPC, subnets, NAT to ensure successful deployment of Web applications and database templates. Use Route53 Configurations to setup the Hosted Zones, IAM, RDS, Route 53, VPC, RDB, Dynamo DB, SES, SQS and SNS services in AWS cloud and iCloud. Develop Dev/Test/Prod environments of different applications on AWS by provisioning ECS clusters on EC2 instances using Docker, Bash and Terraform. Work with Java, J2EE, RESTful Web services, Jax-Rs framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle, Junit, Mockito, Docker, Git, Oracle, MySQL Server, Swagger, log4j, Putty, WinSCP, Jenkins, SVN, Shell Script, Bash, Grafana, Kibana, BDLS, Linux, Windows, Apache Flink, Yarn, Hadoop, HDFS, RocksDB. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s). Must have 6 months experience (or 6 months experience as Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation). Must have 6 months experience analyzing business requirements and building and enhancing applications; Participating in project planning sessions and code reviews; working with all phases of SDLC. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
